A busy office doing 30+ calls per day routinely exhausts the minute allowance and accrues hundreds to thousands in monthly overage. Frontly is flat rate with unlimited inbound calls, so no overage is possible.

AiDial sells a Compliance Add-on at +$100/mo for 7-year call retention, PII redaction, and audit log access. Frontly includes all of that on every plan as standard, because for medical, legal, and property management customers, it is not optional.

Frontly. At 40 calls per day × 4 minutes each = 4,800 minutes per month. AiDial Max includes 1,200 minutes; the remaining 3,600 minutes at $0.39/min = $1,404 in overage on top of the $499 base and any setup fee still being amortised. Frontly stays flat rate whether your office does 40 or 400 calls per day.
