Yes. AiDial charges $1,500 for Core, $2,000 for Scale, and $3,000 for Max, in addition to the monthly plan. Frontly includes the same white-glove onboarding in the standard rate; our own setup terms are on the pricing page.

How does AiDial's per-minute billing work?

AiDial includes a minute allowance per tier (300 for Core, 600 for Scale, 1,200 for Max) and charges per-minute overage beyond that: $0.55/min on Core, $0.45/min on Scale, $0.39/min on Max. A busy office doing 30+ calls per day routinely exhausts the minute allowance and accrues hundreds to thousands in monthly overage. Frontly has its own minute allowance and its own rate beyond it, $0.50 a minute, published on our pricing page alongside every other charge we meter. Compare the allowance and the rate on both sides rather than assuming either has none.

Which is better for a property management office with 40+ daily calls?

Frontly. At 40 calls per day × 4 minutes each = 4,800 minutes per month. AiDial Max includes 1,200 minutes; the remaining 3,600 minutes at $0.39/min = $1,404 in overage on top of the $499 base and any setup fee still being amortised. Frontly stays flat rate whether your office does 40 or 400 calls per day.
