Frontly comes out of two decades inside large Australian organisations. Our founder, Lal Antony, spent more than twenty years in enterprise IT, most recently as an enterprise architect at one of Australia's largest banks, building the systems big institutions run on.

One pattern kept repeating. No matter how much a business wanted to help its customers, it could only ever act on a fraction of what they said. Complaint handling was the clearest example. Under Australian regulation, a great deal of work goes into reviewing complaints and learning from them, but answering every call, capturing every piece of feedback, and following it through takes more people than any team has. So most of it, and the value inside it, was lost, for the business and for the customer. Some of the issues that were never heard escalated all the way to the regulator.

On the other side of the line, customers waited on hold, gave up, and walked away with a worse impression of a business that genuinely wanted to help. And even when a call was answered, detail was lost in the handoff from the front desk to the people who could act on it.

The idea behind Frontly was simple. What if every call was answered the moment it came in and triaged automatically? The routine, procedure-driven requests handled on the spot. The complex ones routed to the person best placed to help. No hold times, no lost feedback, and for the first time the ability to listen to every customer, not a sample of them.

And it does not stop at the front desk. Where a person passes along a half-remembered message, Frontly captures exactly what the customer said, remembers it, and carries that accurate information through to the right place, so the business acts on the real request. The same holds for outbound calls and follow-ups: every conversation stays accurate, accountable, and auditable. That is a level of consistency a human front desk cannot match, and it turns everyday conversations into better products, better service, and the right action every time.

Most businesses record their calls and get to them later, if at all. Frontly works in the moment. As the conversation happens, it turns what is being said into the right information and the next step, so the answer comes while the customer is still on the line, not days later from a recording nobody had time to revisit.
