1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Frontly ("the Service"), operated by DemoLabs Pty Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Frontly is an AI-powered front desk phone system that answers calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and integrates with business tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
4. ACMA Compliance
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable Australian laws, including the Telecommunications Act 1997 and ACMA regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outbound calling features complies with Do Not Call Register requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, DemoLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
