How does Frontly pricing work?

What's the difference between annual and monthly billing?

Annual is a single upfront payment for 12 months at the headline rate. Monthly is no commitment, cancel any time, approximately 20% higher per month than the annual rate.

When is my card charged?

On signup the card is captured but the first payment runs 7 days later. Our team uses that window to provision and verify your account before billing begins.

Are there per-call or per-minute fees?

No per-call fees. Each size includes a monthly call-minute allowance that scales with the size you choose, and doubles on Front Desk (which bundles an inbound and an outbound agent). Your exact allowance is shown on each size when you build your plan above. Inbound stays within your allowance plus fair use; if you go over, outbound overage is billed at the per-minute rate shown with your selected plan.
