You pay on Frontly's secure Stripe checkout, straight from this page. Here is everything that happens from there.

- Plans are month to month. Starter and Standard have a one-off $199 + GST setup fee ($218.90 incl. GST), charged when you sign up and not refunded if you cancel. Pro's setup is scoped in your quote.
- Pay by card, BECS bank debit or PayTo. No card surcharges.
- Upgrade any time. It takes effect straight away, with credit for the unused part of your current plan.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
- Cancel any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can undo the cancellation until then.

Nothing is charged until you complete Frontly's secure Stripe checkout, straight from this page. At checkout you pay the one-off $199 + GST setup fee and your first month. After that, your plan is charged monthly.
By card, BECS bank debit or PayTo, on Frontly's secure Stripe checkout. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe, never on this site, and there are no card surcharges. Stripe processes the payment and issues your tax invoice, with GST shown on it.
Yes. Every plan is month to month. An upgrade takes effect straight away, with credit for the unused part of your current plan. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. You can cancel any time: your plan runs to the end of that month, and you can undo the cancellation until then.
Your plan is a flat monthly rate with a monthly call-minute allowance, shown in the plan table above. Beyond the allowance, a few things are metered: extra call minutes, transfers and outbound calls, and SMS notifications. Email notifications from your Frontly address are included. Every rate is published on this page and all of them are ex-GST.
Nothing stops working. Minutes past your allowance are $1.50 + GST each, on every plan. So a busy month does not force a bigger plan: buy 200 minutes on Standard, land on 250, and you pay $1.50 + GST each for the 50. Usage is invoiced monthly in arrears, and you can set usage alerts at 90% of your included minutes or any level you choose.
A pack adds 50 call minutes for $50 + GST, on any plan, and you can add as many as you need. It is charged in full when you switch it on and renews with your plan on your billing date until you switch it off. The minutes last until the end of the current billing period and do not roll over.
Call minutes are measured by the second and added up across your billing period, not rounded up call by call. Inbound calls and answered outbound calls share the one allowance. So 205 minutes and 30 seconds on a 200-minute plan is 5.5 extra minutes, at $1.50 + GST each. Transfers are charged separately, as shown in the additional costs.
Talk to us about Pro when you need outbound campaigns, a team of specialist agents behind one number, or regularly need more than Standard's 200 minutes. Enterprise is the level above: your own cloud or on-premise, international outbound, and compliance set by contract.
Transferring a caller to a landline is $0.20 per answered call, untimed, however long the conversation runs. Transferring to a mobile is $0.10 per minute, and each transfer is rounded up to the whole minute on its own: transfers of 130, 60 and 1 seconds bill 3, 1 and 1 minutes, 5 in all. If the phone rings out and nobody picks up, there is no charge. Outbound calls on Pro cost the same. Rates are ex-GST.
Email notifications sent from your Frontly address are part of every plan, with no monthly cap. SMS is metered at $0.10 per segment, because a carrier charges us for each one. A segment is 160 characters, or 70 when it includes emoji or non-English characters. Sending notifications from your own email domain, or from a dedicated SMS number branded to you, is a separate add-on quoted per customer. Rates are ex-GST.
Yes, a one-off $199 + GST on Starter and Standard. It covers allocating and activating your phone number, is charged once when you sign up, and is not refunded if you cancel. Pro's setup is scoped in your quote.
No. Every plan includes help setting up your first workflow and email support during business hours. After launch, you make ongoing changes yourself in the visual builder. If you would rather we make changes and review your workflows for you, that is the managed service, a separate paid add-on shown on this page.
